Who it is for
Cleaning firms with crews moving between sites all day.
If your people finish one job and drive to the next, the hard part is not the cleaning. It is knowing who is where, and what to do when someone is not.
You already know the problem
Contract cleaning runs on a few percent net. There is no efficiency programme that doubles that. The thing that does move it is keeping the contracts you have — and contracts are lost to unmanaged no-shows, not to a slightly better mop.
| What happens now | What it costs you |
|---|---|
| Nobody turns up; you find out when the client rings. | Trust, then the contract. Two lost contracts can be most of a year's profit. |
| "Ok" in a group chat that meant nothing. | An hour of your morning every day, and no record either way. |
| Cover arranged by ringing the same two people. | Burnout on your best staff, and the wrong person at the wrong site. |
| A client asking you to prove attendance. | Nothing to send that is worth anything. |
What makes us different
- Your staff install nothing. Every other workforce app asks a cleaner on a zero-hours contract to download something, create an account, and remember a password. Most of them will not. Ours never asks.
- It works on the phone they actually carry. The one that survives a shift. Not a company handset they do not have.
- Your clients get proof, not promises. A private page per contract, showing what happened, when, verified where the contract needs it.
- Cover is a decision, not a scramble. You are shown real options and you choose one. Nothing is reassigned without your say-so.
- Small problems stay small. You hear about the exception while it is still fixable, not in the monthly review.
Made for the way your week actually looks
Seasonal swings
Holiday lets and tourist sites change shape through the year — more work in August, different hours in January. Rotas that change weekly without a rebuild each time.
Mixed work, mixed evidence
Residential, commercial and hospitality contracts do not need the same proof. Set it per site: a simple timestamp is enough for one client, a verified arrival matters for another.
Wide geography
Short notice, spread across a county. Cover has to consider who is genuinely reachable in time — travelling across Bournemouth to save a twenty-minute job is not cover, it is a different problem.
High staff turnover
Onboarding a new cleaner takes minutes, not an IT ticket. Add a number, send the first rota, done.
How we start
- A call. Your sites, your crew, your rotas, and what actually goes wrong on a bad morning.
- One week on your real rota, on a handful of sites, alongside whatever you do now. Nothing about your current setup changes.
- You judge it on the week you had. If it does not earn its place, you say so and we part company.
Founding partners get a say in what gets built, and a rate that does not change later. We are deliberately starting with a small number of firms so the thing is built for real operations, not for a demo.
